Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities:-
-Work with On-Site Recruitment Specialists to understand client’s recruitment needs, culture, strategy, policies plus process, and to provide appropriate solutions.
-Search for middle level positions; understand the needs and requirements and using techniques to accomplish the task, such as cold calling, and screening etc.
-Responsible for collecting relevant candidate information and providing real-time services, this includes establishing talent pools, database mining and process optimization.
-Standardizing relevant JD format based on job responsibilities and requirements.
-Sourcing candidates using advertising, database mining and screening techniques.
-Develop expertise in these areas and build candidate client pool and database using cold calls.
Additional Job Description Qualifications:-
-Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or related will be preferred.-
-More than two year of related experience is required, in the area of recruiting, or sourcing. -Experience in headhunting industry is a plus.
-Recruiting skills needed: Screening, database mining, and cold calling.
-Good command of English.
-Ability in using critical thinking and problem solving skills.
-Ability to self-develop and use initiative to continue in finding better ways to source candidates.
-Good team player.- Process and detail oriented.- Excellent communication and organization skills.
