Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct and co-ordinate permanent staff recruitment activities, and couple with employment agent to handle contract staff recruitment
- Provide recruitment project support, such as campus recruitment etc.
- Central direction and advice on all labor case
- Tighten Compliance issues prevention
- Conduct the training to line managers on interview & employment issue management
Background:
- 5+ yrs working experience with strong business insight and expertise of general HR management in multinational companies commercial supporting
- 3+ yrs experience in commercial recruitment & ER case management with solid knowledge of Labor Law
- Proactive, resourceful and reliable, good team player with high executive ability, can accept business travel and work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill both in Chinese & English, and can communicate with all levels clients
- Microsoft Office skill is must

- Coordinate with HQ Training colleague to establish the Training & Development system for CSMC staff, including promoters, institutionalize promoter training with program, training manual, tools & assessment
- Design, collect and analysis the training need and propose training plan
- Plan & control the annual training budget
- Coordinate with COMVAT and other related function trainer on systemic training implementation
- Work closely with external training consultant company to develop and introduce suitable training course;
- Coordinate with PMD AM to design competency model to cater for advancement grades for promoters
Background:

- 5+ yrs working experience and 3+ yrs training experience with expertise in multinational companies commercial supporting
- Customer oriented, mature and independent with passion; quick learner, good team player & coordinator with high commitment and executive ability; can work well under pressure and accept business trip

Act as HR generalist to handle the CSMC staff in each functions daily operation
- Handle the daily operation independently on Recruitment, C&B, HRIS, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relationship etc.
- Coordinate with HR Share Service team in Recruitment, C&B, HRIS, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relationship etc. program supporting & implement
- Keep good relationship with vendors, external clients & local government
- Other operation in CSMC HR as required by line manager

Handle the C&B, Performance Management, HR Information System for CSMC contract staff (Currently CSMC C&B FTE part is still maintained in 4 regions)
- Handle the attendance & performance management system to ensure the timely & accurate monthly payroll, annual double pay & bonus etc.
- Work with agents to update the local C&B policy and operation monthly
- Handle the benefits, including internal benefit and social insurance etc, to ensure the practice is compliant to local policy and company regulation
- Implement nationwide C&B projects, and work with line managers & HQ C&B to review and improve current incentive scheme
- Maintain and improve the effective information management system, including the personal file system as hardcopy & HRIS, probation and contract management etc.
- Provide the related daily HR consultation and support, including headcount/turnover report and other related report
Background:
- College or above degree
- 3+ yrs working experience in C&B operation and with expertise in multinational companies commercial supporting, HR information system operation skill will be plus.
- Good data sense with highly attention to numerical detail and strong data analysis and interpretation skill
- Mature, scrupulous, proactive and reliable, good team player & coordinator with high commitment and executive ability, can work well under pressure
