Responsibilities
- Manage the manpower planning and Recruitment of IT Technical Staff
- Facilitate resource requests (including monitoring and tracking from end-to-end of the approval process)
- Monitor and track the resource movements (hiring, termination, transfer, project assignment, etc.) and ensure that these movements are updated in the resource database
- Generate various reports
- Act as focal point to management team and other functions (such as Finance, Procurement, and HR) on resource related areas
- Act as focal point for overall skills management for resources, working with the management team
- Some vendor management may be required
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT industry
- Experiences in HR related areas preferred
- Experiences in working in large organizations
- Project management skills preferred
- Strong in communication
- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to speak Putongua and Cantonese (preferable)
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers
- Self-motivated; work under little supervision
